Rohan who used to be very happy go lucky has now become a short tempered one.Neighbour grandma has deep black hair but swaras's hair has started to turn white.Champak who used to be very strong and sturdy one has now looks like dead skeleton. Prachi who used to top in her class is now merely trying to get passing marks. These all symptons are due to "STRESS" which is now-a-days observed in students and youth.
In tenth unless you get good marks you don't get admission in reputed and nice college and even if you get, you don't get admission in your favourite field. In the field where one want's to go eagerly could not go due to less marks and where one doesn't wants to go is required to go as their parents force them to do so. In tenth already stress is there concerning about the exams and on top of that how many marks i will get? which field to chose? these questions trouble everytime. Due to this concentration get's destroyed.
First day of college is like going to give an exam. One get's to see students from various fields. One meets them. Everyone likes to make new friends but sometimes question arisses that whether that boy/girl will accept me as his/her friend? If i went to make friendship he/she will not make fun of me na?what must be his behaviour?Friendship will stay forever or will break instantly? these questions make workshop in mind.Due to this eagerness in studies is lost and it effects the results. Some become so lonely that various bad ideas crop into their minds which leads them to commit "SUICIDE", here "STRESS" is the main reason.
Taking care of friendship, studies, practicals, assignments, tutorials and stress at home totally makes our "BHEJA FRY". On top of it, if one doesn't get good marks one will not get nice job, this keeps on ringing in the mind like school bell. Some students have problems relating to MONEY due to which they avoid going out with their friends because if they spend money on something we also have to then spend some money too. Due to this "STRESS" goes on increasing and students then loose their CONFIDENCE.
Due to "STRESS" some students get addicted to DRUGS. Some become very depressed due to which they could not concentrate on anything. Confidence gets lost and one becomes SHORT TEMPERED and get addicted to various bad things.
These kind of students require good ADVICES along with their PARENTS SUPPORT. These students should take care of their HEALTH. Should do MEDITATION daily and other exercises. Should take complete SLEEP along with NUTRITIOUS FOOD. These students should keep their attitude POSITIVE. Every student should bear in their mind that nothing is IMPOSSIBLE everything is POSSIBLE. If health is not good then how further things will be completed successfully? Give importance to TIME, do time management by yourself. Every minute is important and hence ne shuld make good and complete use of it. TRY you will definitely SUCCEED.
